|Recommended: YesNice place — Its pretty quite, the complex is clean and my apartment is spacious. Only qualm is that there isnt light fixtures in the bedrooms. Aside from that I love my new home
|Recommended: YesOur happy place — We really like the location of this community as well as our one bedroom unit. I would highly recommend it.
|Recommended: YesGreat apt — A little expensive tho
|Recommended: YesI think it is great — Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
|Recommended: YesClean, Quiet and Relaxing — Elan Coast Village is a great place to live. It's quiet, relaxing and the landscaping is beautiful. Community is pet friendly as well. Maintenance is always on top of their game, work order turn around time is immediate. Laura, the Manager is great to work with. She has an immediate response time to your questions or needs also. I would definitely recommend living at Elan Coast Village.
|Recommended: YesHappy Tenant — I enjoy living here. Not just because it's so close to the beach, my neighbors are very friendly and management has been great to work with. Laura is very quick to return all inquiries or concerns. Which is much appreciated and hard to find these days.
|Recommended: YesGreat location, quiet and pleasant place to live. — I love it. have lived in a few places around town and been happiest here.
|Recommended: NoGreat place, well it used to be — I cannot see anything beneficial since you took over the Laguna Palms in Carlsbad. Dogs barking were not allowed before , noisy neighbors very quiet up till now - 10 year resident and an immediate rent increase. But then, you've only had the property a month
|Recommended: YesI love living in my little home by the beach — This is an AWESOME place to live. It's quiet, comfortable, well maintained and best of all it's only 4 block's from the beach
|Recommended: YesCommunity is great - Budding relationship with new owners for better or worse — A mile away from the beach and half that distance to various boutiques, restaurants and various other fun hangouts. Currently in transition with new property owners management which is it's own challenge, but you would have to be a real Debbie Downer to not love living in this part of Carlsbad Specifically regarding my unit, previous owner was very cheap on repairs so there are various issues that my wife and I are going to try to work out with the new owners, but I suppose that is a part of a renter's life.
|Recommended: YesQuiet and close to the beach. — It's quiet and walking distance to the beach.
